A Little Bit About Us
Despite the economic measures brought about by a number of monetary policies, the economy has not registered meaningful growth but rahter remained stagnant. Currently there is serious liquidity problem. Most companies are seriously under capitalised so much that they are still recording negative growth. Inflation used to be our main challenge but now capital has become the major nightmare for most companies because of the negative growth.
Companies are failing to pay salaries and other overheads because they are operating below capacity hence unalbe to generate enough revenue to sustain operating expenses. There has been a remarkable slow down on the exodus of experienced proffessionals into the region and beyond but the major challenge is to continue adjusting renumerations to sustainable levels so that we maybe able to attract those who have left to return and contribute to the development of our nation.
